Thank You for placing an order with MHC HAIR EMPORIUM!

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT’S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. THIS WILL ONLY CAUSE A DELAY OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.

NOTE: P.O. Box mailing address will not be accepted.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Express Shipping Orders are 2-3 Business Days.

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages will require a signature upon delivery (Absolutely no exceptions). We apologize, but MHC Hair Emporium is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Business days are Monday – Friday and Saturday.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 631-416-2620

3. Can I make changes to my order?

All orders are processed daily. To insure a quick delivery orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

4. May I return my order?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, due to the exclusive nature of our product ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. If you’re utterly dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. The item/items to be exchanged must be mailed in it’s original state. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be in tact.

To Exchange
1. Items must be in their original condition – We will not accept any merchandise that has been used/ altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
2. If you want to exchange an item you will need to call our customer service number for further details.
3. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best virgin hair. To exchange, please ship back within 7 days of receipt.

We strive to represent all of our items in the most honest & accurate way so we highly suggest that you view our product descriptions and pictures carefully. Email or call us with questions and concerns that you may have before you purchase.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. MHC HAIR EMPORIUM will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel and we will not be responsible.
